Current projects:
- Molecular characterization of prostate cancer progression
- Functional studies of transcription factors and co-activators implicated in drug resistance and disease progression
- Pharmacological targeting of critical dependencies such as pioneer transcription factors and adaptive mechanisms to hormonal therapy
- Development of interactive web-based interface to analyze bulk and single-cell data across different disease stages (https://www.prostatecanceratlas.org) and proteomic data (https://prostatecancerprogression.org)
- Developed a custom web-based Antibody Repository platform for MACSima projects, designed to manage antibody inventories, track reagent usage, support experiment planning, and automate billing workflows across collaborating laboratories.
