The Corsa della Speranza returns to Locarno — a day of solidarity, movement, and hope in support of cancer research.
A 5 km route open to everyone: run, walk, share memories, and look toward the future together.
Sunday, June 7 – Piazza Grande, Locarno
- From 10:30 AM: Welcome and registration of participants
- At 11:00 AM: Start of the 5 km run/walk through the city and along the lake
- Registration is open to everyone
- CHF 25 for adults
- CHF 15 for children
- The fee includes a special participation kit
- After the event, lunch will be offered by the organizers for all participants
All funds raised through the registration fees will be donated to the Cancer Research Foundation Ticino (Fondazione per la Ricerca sul Cancro Ticino). The Foundation supports internationally recognized research projects carried out in Ticino, including many at IOR and IRB. To date, the Foundation has supported more than 200 internationally significant research projects, with over CHF 11.2 million in funding.
