MACSima Image Challenge
The Best MACSima Image Challenge is a monthly initiative from the Spatial Proteomics Unit, part of the IOR Experimental Pathology Facility, aimed at showcasing outstanding images generated using the MACSima™ cyclic immunofluorescence platform.
Each month, one “Best MACSima Image of the Month” is selected to highlight both the scientific value and the visual impact of spatial proteomics data, offering a unique glimpse into the complexity and beauty of tissue biology.
The initiative aims to increase the visibility of research carried out at IOR while fostering a sense of community among collaborators, encouraging participation and cross-project exchange.
At the same time, it provides an opportunity to showcase the expertise and services of the Spatial Proteomics Unit, including access to advanced imaging technologies, validated antibody resources, and support for spatial proteomics projects.
