Most genes are represented by different mRNA isoforms which in turn may produce different proteins with similar or opposing functions. We interrogate a harmonized prostate cancer RNA sequencing compendium for thus far hidden, isoform-specific transcript regulations and their functions in disease progression and drug resistance.
