Group Leader: Laura Pasqualucci, MD, PhD
Laura Pasqualucci graduated in Medicine from the University of Perugia, where she subsequently completed four years of specialist training in Hematology. She continued her training in Berlin and Boston. Since 1997, she has conducted her research at Columbia University in New York, initially in the molecular genetics of lymphoma research group led by Prof. Riccardo Dalla-Favera and then directing her own program, focused on genetics-driven epigenetic mechanisms of lymphomagenesis. The author of more than one hundred original research articles published in leading international scientific journals, she is recognized as one of the world’s leading researchers in the study of the molecular mechanisms underlying lymphoma. In June 2027, she will also be among the keynote speakers at the International Conference on Malignant Lymphoma (ICML) in Lugano, organized by the IOR Foundation.
